Practicing Discipleship

Giving to our church’s ministry is a discipline and an art.  It is a discipline – meaning we need to intentionally commit to practicing. It is an art – we must show up and practice knowing we will never be perfect. 

You are invited this week to consider how you give. 

Giving to our church’s ministry is a regular practice and we can help St. David’s and our faith by ensuring we remember to give. 

For some this means making it automatic. 

• Pre-Authorized Remittance  Please see forms at the back of the church or call the church office. 

• Canada Helps (set up a monthly automatic donation) https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/leduc-pastoral-charge/ 

For some this means making it a physical act. 

• Post-dated cheques or numbered envelope givings 

• Mail-In donations (4614-48 St., Leduc AB T9E-5X7) 

For some this means making it a task on their calendar and going online: 

• If your bank account is set up for e-transfer you can donate by sending an e-transfer to donate@stdavidsleduc.com. Please put your first and last name and donation in the notes/message so we know this is a donation. 

• ATB Cares  ATB covers the transaction and credit card fees on all donations made through atbcares.com, issues automatic tax receipts to donors (through the Canadian Online Giving Foundation).
