This month we will be looking at how we can share our times, monies and talents in a practice of giving. We do this out of gratitude for all God has given us.
Giving to our church’s ministry is a discipline and an art. It is a discipline – meaning we need to intentionally commit to practicing. It is an art – we must show up and practice knowing we will never get it perfect.
You are invited this week to consider what you give.
What do I give?
This week, please consider the myriad of ways to discern what to give to St. David’s. (For all the contacts named below, please just use office@stdavidsleduc.com and Alouise will forward your idea on to the person!)
You are called to give from those places in your life you find abundance.
Give an hour of your TALENT!
For example: Do you love crafting? Bring that love to Kid’s Church’s by joining a teacher one week to lead the children in a craft of your choice.
Please connect with Erin Ahlberg.
Give an hour of your TIME!
For example: Do you love hosting mini parties? Sign up to made coffee and host an “after-party” for Sundays. Please contact Rev. Leigh or come to November 1 retreat to learn how and sign up!
Give a portion of your INCOME!
For example: onder giving proportionally to your households income - 3%, 5%, 8% or more!
