What are the treaties and how might they gift us? A group of 30 Indigenous, unionist and church friends are walking from Edmonton to Calgary to raise awareness about our shared covenants.
On Saturday, June 1st, The Walk for Common Ground is stopping at St. David’s United Church in Leduc, where all will have opportunity to meet the walkers and participate in a “Treaty Talk” through story, film, and a sharing circle.
